El Tipico has been serving the Toledo area since 1968. Established by Consuelo & Ezekiel Villa along with their two children and their families. Inspired by their Mother's recipes and attention to using only the finest meats and freshest vegetables in their kitchen. The Villa's have enjoyed sharing the love of their Mexican Heritage for the past 43 years.

All of their recipes are cooked with pure vegetable oil and Mexican spices to bring out the true flavors of authentic Mexican cooking. Their extensive menu offers a wide variety of dishes ranging from traditional to vegetarian. Carry-out and party platters are also available. El Tipico is open Monday through Saturday and located minutes from The Toledo Zoo, just West of the Anthony Wayne Trail on South Ave. If you're limited on time due to your work schedule or just need to get to the show in time,....El Tipico offers call ahead orders. Just phone your food and drink order in, tell them what time you will arrive and your table will be ready for you.
